La musica ci racconta una storia.

American Soprano Kanisha Feliciano, has earned a MM in Vocal Performance from the Moores School of Music at the University of Houston and a BM at Westminster Choir College. She is currently pursuing an Artist Diploma at Rice University for Opera Performance.


This season, she joined the Glimmerglass Festival as one of the 2020 Young Artists. Previously, Kanisha has performed the roles of Blonde in Mozart’s Abduction of the Seraglio, Amy in Adamo’s Little Women with Opera in the Ozarks. At the Moores School of Music, she has performed Kitty Packard in Bolcom’s Dinner at Eight, Norina in Donizetti’s Don Pasquale, and Baby Doe in Moore’s The Ballad of Baby Doe.


Kanisha has received awards from the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Houston, second prize in the Mondavi Center Young Artist Competition and the Martha Mack award from the National Federation of Music Club.
